This service will enable engine start after the common failure of the EU/UK May & Scofield arises. The most common issue is that the vehicle will no longer unlock with the remote, which in turn means the immobiliser is not deactivated. For some vehicle types, mainly the manual derivatives, the engine will not crank either.
This service will prepare your PCM. It is imperative that the vehicle is also prepared before refitting your PCM. The M&S should be at a minimum disconnected; however, we recommend removing it from the vehicle. Any future reconnection or remote operation will automatically lock this PCM. If this happens, this service will need to be performed a second time, which will incur a charge. It is not good practice to reprocess this module repeatedly.
