This means they may be a little dirty, scratched, scuffed etc. Items may occasionally get damaged in transit, although we do our best when packaging this is an unavoidable factor of mail order. Please understand this, we are happy to resolve this but we must be contacted within 24 hours. So please take the time to check your item as soon as it arrives.
Our range of decode / unlocking services enable used parts to be reused on other vehicles. These services will only work if the used part is in full working order, part numbers match exactly or have been cross matched with the manufactures part numbers and there are no other faults on the vehicle. It is your responsibility to check all these factors. Refunds are not given if we have been supplied a faulty unit. ECU Decode Limited is not responsible for any faults incurred in your vehicle. We do not warrant your supplied component we have worked on. Please contact us if your parts have been previously worked on, it is at our discretion if we proceed with a service for you.
Sales: All our sale items come with a 12 month REPLACEMENT warranty unless stated otherwise (excluding water ingress and burn issues caused by vehicle faults). If you have replaced your ECU due to either of these faults you must rectify the original fault prior to fitting the replacement ECU. If we cannot replace the item a full refund will be given. All faulty items will be subject to testing and warranty begins on day of receipt from post office delivery. When purchasing your item you may be given specific conditions for a warranty, eg: replace coils etc. If making a claim we will require your receipt for this work in order to give a refund.
Services: All our services come with a 12 month warranty (Unless stated otherwise)
We do not accept returns if you change your mind or order the wrong item, please ensure you double check your part numbers. It is at our discretion if an item is returned, it must be done so at your expense and within seven days. We also reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 30% for administration and testing charges.
If you send us your ECU/Parts for our services and they are left with us for 3 months with no contact your parts will be disposed of.
All goods are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service guarantees next day delivery by 1pm Monday to Friday and the goods are insured to the value of £500.00
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for Post. If you send your items via a freight / courier company you will be responsible for any customs/import charges. Your goods will not be released until these charges have been paid.
All of our products are internally and externally marked and security tagged, if any of our markings or tags have been broken or defaced your warranty will be void and no refund given. If the unit is returned for a refund, we will inspect the unit inside and out including software. A refund will be given within 3 days of receipt of the unit minus our postage costs for delivery.
